Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your Anova device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components that were included in the initial shipment.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
